Day 312: Manali-Delhi

The day was spent by killing time until the bus took off around four in the afternoon. I was a shitty bus with a completely destroyed suspension and ever bump went through the spinal cord and propagated all the way into the head. As long as there was daylight, looking out the window was quite impressive. Luckily I met Harri from Whales on the bus. After working for more than a year in Korea, he was backpacking through asia for the last five months. Harri was excellent company and the first third if the trip flew by thanks to vivid discussions. It so happened that Harri is a physicist himself and we couldn't help it to pick up that common topic which neither of us had discussed during the many past months of travelling.
Once the bus was out of the mountains long after midnight, the condition of the roads improved and two lanes became four, I finally found some sleep.
